Combined Medical Service Examination 2024- Education Eligibility

• for admission to examination a candidate should have passed the written and practical parts of final MBBS examination.
• A candidate who has appeared or has yet to appear at the final year of MBBS examination may also apply for this examination. Such  candidates will be admitted to the examination if otherwise eligible but admission would be deemed to be provisional and subject to cancellation if they do not produce proof of having passed the written and practical part of final year of MBBS examination along with detailed application which will be required to be submitted to the Commission by candidate who qualify on the result of written examination. Such proof of passing the requisite examination should have been issue latest by the closing date of detailed application form of combined medical service examination 2024. Age criteria for Combined Medical Services Examination 2024

• candidate for this examination must not have attained the Age of 32 year is on 1st August 2024. The candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd August 1992.
• For medical officer grade in central duty medical officer sub cadre of central health services- the upper age limit must not exceed 35 year Age on 1st August 2024
• Age relaxation- upper age limit is relexable by  5 year for schedule cast and schedule tribe candidate.
• Upper age limit is relaxed by 3 year  in case of candidate belonging to other backward classes
• Up to maximum of 3 year in case of Defence service personnel disabled in operations.

• Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in Railways– total post 450
• General Duty Medical Officer in New Delhi Municipal Council– total post 14

• Pay scale- ₹56,100- 1,77,500, level- 10
